Resident Handbook
Every youth that enters the Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center has certain rights and responsibilities. To insure that those rights and responsibilitites are met, our staff members follow the principles of the Normative Culture management system and strict programming guidelines. Our programming schedule provides structure throughout the course of the day, while the Normative Culture system provides a safe and secure environment for our residents.
 
The resident handbook is provided for every youth at admission and outlines the responsibilities and rights of residents and staff alike. The handbook also explains the Normative Culture system, programming, facility rules and norms, our level system, visitation rights, and other facility policies.
